After enduring an exceptionally brutal winter, our estate grown Chardonnay was rewarded with a respectable growing season that resulted in this delightful full-bodied wine. It’s well balanced acidity opens with flavors of citrus and grapefruit and concludes with hints of peach and apricot. Subtle vanilla and caramel aromas converge with buttery and toasty notes upon the finish. Pairs well with grilled vegetables, seafood, chicken, turkey, pork, creamy pasta dishes, and one of our favorites; risotto. Best when served chilled (~50o F) – refrigerate for 2-hours before serving.
