The Fiore Vidal Blanc combines the best characteristics of these popular styles by maintaining just the right amount of residual sugar to balance the dry tartness. This wine opens with aromas of citrus, pineapple and pear, followed by flavors of apricot and grapefruit that conclude with a hint of honey. Pairs well with poultry, seafood, salads, and vegetarian fare. Best when served chilled (~50o F) – refrigerate for 2-hours before serving.
