Meeting Rooms

The meeting rooms and grounds at Fiore Winery overlook the beautiful Graceton Valley of northern Harford County and they are available for your meeting or special event.  Our indoor facilities can comfortably accommodate up to 75 guests and our outdoor site is well suited for larger parties. Onsite catering is not available at Fiore so you may choose your own caterer or we can recommend caterers we have worked with in the past.  Our Meeting Room Availability Calendar provides the dates available for reservation.

 

RESERVATION PROCEDURES

Visit the Fiore Winery facility and if it meets your needs and requirements ask for a Letter of Agreement.  This agreement must be signed and returned with a rental deposit of 50% of the rental rate; a Release of Liability and a copy of our Rental and Terms & Conditions for the use of Fiore Winery.

Reservations are accepted and confirmed only upon receipt of rental deposit and signed Letter of Agreement  on a first-come, first serve basis. Once your reservation is accepted a copy of the Letter of Agreement and other paper work will be given to you for your records.

The balance of your rental fee is due 30 days prior to your scheduled event. Additional time may be purchased at the discretion of the winery within 30 days of your event.  Failure to comply will result in a late fee.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Fiore Winery has a 75 person indoor capacity and an outdoor capacity of 1,000 people. Please note that capacities vary with each configuration.

Information about all contractors associated with an event must be submitted to Fiore Winery for approval in advance of renters contracting with them. Contractors not approved will not be permitted to work at this facility.  Fiore Winery offers a list of already approved contractors.

Facility event staff will be on duty during the contracted time. Please make contact with them when you arrive.

The renter or his/her designated caterer is responsible for all set up (ceremony and reception site) and clean up.

At the conclusion of every event, Fiore Winery event staff and the renter and/or caterer will conduct an inspection of the facility. Any items not completed must be corrected or the renter will be charged a clean-up fee.

Any time beyond the contracted time will be charged to the renter at the current rate for additional time, and will automatically be deducted from the security deposit. Additional time rate is $100 per each hour.

AVAILABILITY

Our indoor facility is available April through December.  Outdoor facility and picnic areas are available April through October.

FACILITIES

The indoor facility offers 12 round banquet tables measuring 60”.  We also have available 90 metal folding chairs.  These items may be used free of charge or may be rented from an outside source.  Fiore Winery asks that portable bathrooms be rented for any outdoor event exceeding 100 people.

WEATHER RESTRICTIONS

If rain or other weather delays should occur the day of an outdoor event we shall hold the event inside at your request as long as space permits.  Please notify the caterer or other personnel that items will need to be moved and that an earlier arrival time will be needed.  Price adjustments will be made.

**Monday-Sunday 6-10:00

~Groups of 50.

~Groups of 51-75 .

~Groups of 76 or more.

Weddings:

 **Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12-10:00  (up to 150 people)

~Use of one banquet room.

~Use of two banquet rooms.

**Additional hours may be purchased in advance for $100 each hour.

**Evening Hours: Additional $25 for each hour after 6pm

**Monday-Thursday  10-10:00

~Use of one banquet room.

~use of both banquet rooms.

Outdoor Events and Weddings:

Monday – Sunday 10-8:00 (light permitting)

~Groups under 100.

~Groups 101-250.

~Groups 251-500.

~Groups 501-1,000.

**Additional hours can be purchased in advance.

**Renters must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, etc.

**Groups over 100 must provide their own restrooms.

 Sunday Showers (Bridal /Baby):

Indoor showers with the use of one room.

Held during our normal business hours.

CHANGE OF DATE

In the event of a change of date request, you must notify Fiore Winery in writing or in person.  A change of date request will only be accepted if:

  1. The new requested date is available.
  2. If notification is made more than 90 days prior to your original date.  The renter will also be

subject to any rate increases that may have taken effect.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation, you must notify Fiore Winery in writing via mail or fax or in person.  The rental deposit will be returned if cancellation is received within 90 days of the schedule event except for $100.00 to cover the paper work and consultation time.  Cancellations received 30-90 days prior to the date reserved will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless the facility is rebooked to another party for the contracted date.  A 50% refund of the deposit will be refunded if the facility if rebooked.

PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% is required upon the signing of the Rental & Operating Procedure and Release of Liability.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
