Tasting Room

GROUPS OF 8 OR MORE MUST CALL IN ADVANCE.

There has been an increase of large groups arriving without any prior notification and we end up short staffed.

Please give us a call to schedule a time for your group so we can make appropriate accommodations.

The tasting room is open to the public all year round.

10AM to 5PM Monday through Saturday & 12PM to 5PM on Sundays

Last Call is at 4:30pm. No new tastings or new open bottles after 4:30pm.

Summer Weekend Hours 10AM to 6PM on Saturday & 12PM to 6PM on Sundays (May through October)

Last Call is at 5:30pm. No new tastings or new open bottles after 5:30pm during Summer Weekend Hours.

The tasting room is closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.

Fiore offers two types of tastings; one for wine and another for spirits.

• Wine tastings are $10 per person and includes 7 samples of wine.
• Spirits tastings are $5 per person and includes 4 samples of spirits.

We currently do not offer food, unless there is a special event with catering, but locally produced cheese is available for purchase.

Indoor and outdoor tables and seating are available on a first come first served basis provided that the respective facilities are not reserved for a special event.

You are also welcome to bring your own blanket or lawn furniture and create your own favorite spot.

Our guests are always welcome to bring their own food and snacks, however outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on the entire grounds including the parking areas.

Groups of 8 or more must call in advance of visiting.

Children are welcome to visit as long as they are under adult supervision at all times.

Dogs are also welcome on the grounds provided they are leashed at all times, friendly to other people, and to other dogs.

Buses, motor coaches, and limousines are welcome but must call in advance and schedule their visit.
