Due to various shipping laws across the U.S., we ship wine to a limited number of states. If your state is not in the selection box below, please let us know so we can notify you, if and when, we are able to ship wine to your state.

WINE ORDERING LIMITS

Certain state laws regulate the number of cases of wine that can be shipped to a single person. If your order is affected by this type of law, we will contact you.

Wine purchases require a 3 bottle minimum. Wines are shipped in 3 bottle, 6 bottle or 12 bottle boxes. Types of wine can mixed and matched in each size box.

We ship via Fedex. Wine is packaged in cardboard shipping boxes. All wines are shipped "Fedex GROUND" rates. If you wish to expedite shipping, you will need to call the winery to make these arrangements.

You Must be 21 or older to purchase and consume wine.

Arrival can depend on distance from our winery. We do not offer International sales or shipping at this time. FEDEX cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so PLEASE provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (21 or older). FEDEX will not leave such packages on door steps, even if the recipient has requested this. FEDEX will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before sending it back to Fiore Winery. Please note, Fiore Winery is not responsible for additional shipping charges should this happen. These laws do not affect shipping of non-wine products. We are happy to ship non-wine orders anywhere in the U.S. We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SHIPPING OVER LONG DISTANCES IN WARM MONTHS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIMES. All shipments require an adult signature for receipt.

Damage and Risk of Loss:

All sales are final. Fiore Winery is not responsible for any broken bottles received by recipients. You can file a claim with FedEx at the following address: http://images.fedex.com/us/customer/claims/Claims_Form.pdf

If you discover that a bottle of our wine has cork taint, we will replace that wine if you return the bottle for our inspection. If the wine maker determines that the wine is corked, we will replace the bottle. We will NOT replace, nor refund the purchase price for, wines damaged by heat or cold during transit.

Information You Provide Us

In a couple of areas, we ask you to provide information by filling out and submitting an online form. Following is a list of details on how we use this information. Checkout - We ask for your name, address, date of birth and contact information so we can send you your order, and so we can contact you if we have a question about your order. We ask for credit card information so we can fulfill your order, and so we can provide this information to the company or companies who process your credit card payment.

When you make a purchase or join the Wine Club your credit card will be processed by Fiore Winery. We do not share any other information with third parties, except in the case of contact or order information needed to fulfill your order, or in the case of government audit. We do not share or sell email addresses.

We ask you to provide a name, email address. We use this information only to fulfill your request sending email updates and newsletters you want to receive. We do not share or sell email addresses.
