   What does the rental fee include?
      The rental fee includes use of one or two rooms as well as the outside gazebo, balcony and patio. The rental fee also includes use of our 12 60" round tables, 10 rectangular serving tables as well as 96 metal folding chairs.
 
   Does Fiore provide the table linens and dishware?
      These items would be supplied by your caterer.
 
   How many people can the facility hold?
      Indoor capacity is 150 people, outside capacity is 1,000 people.
 
   What types of alcohol can be served?
      Only wine and spirits produced by Fiore winery/distillery. Our staff would be glad to help pair the wines with your menu. And we have many drink recipes for our wine and spirits.
 
   How do I know if the date I want is available?
      Please call the winery at 410-879-4007. Fall availability books early so call today.
 
   Where do we get those nice white chairs we saw in your pictures?
      Those chairs can be rented from several area party rental companies and delivered directly to the winery.
 
   Are other events held on the same day?
      No, we only book one event per day
 
   Do you sell champagne for the toast?
      We produce two separate sparkling wines at Fiore, an off-dry Prosecco made from Chenin Blanc grapes as well as a semi-sweet Spumante made from Muscato grapes. Both are only made in small quantities and are only sold at the winery.
 
   Does Fiore Winery do the caterering?
      No but we do have a list of caterers who are familiar with the facility.
 
   Do I have to use a caterer from the Fiore caterer list?
      No, although any caterer who has not been pre-approved must provide proper insurance paperwork and must receive and sign a copy of the Fiore catering guidelines.
 
   Is there enough parking available?
      Besides the tasting room parking area there is additional parking available along our drive and in our front grass area.
 
   Can I get custom glassware for my event?
      Custom glassware can be designed and ordered for you event. The minimum glassware order is 36 glasses. Prices: 36-72 glasses, $3.50 a glass plus a $40 setup fee; 72 or more glasses, $3 a glass plus a $40 setup fee.
 
   Will the tasting room be open during the event?
      The tasting room will remain open to the public from 10 until 5 Monday through Saturday and 12 until 5 on Sunday.Then stay open for your guest.
 
   What is needed to reserve my event?
      A 50% deposit as well as a signed Rental and Operating Procedure form and Release of Liability form.
 
   When is the remainder of the fee due?
      30 days prior to your event.
 
   Will tractors and winery equipment be visible during my event?
      Most likely as Fiore winery is a working farm.
 
   Is live music permitted?
      Yes, although live music must sign a liability release and certain noise ordinances must be upheld.
 
   Who is responsible for clean up?
      Fiore winery does not do clean up after an event so this must be worked out between you and your caterer.
 
   Confetti, rice and bubbles?
      Confetti and rice - no; bubbles - yes. The main thing is anything used in the celebration must be cleaned up afterwards.
 
   Can I have my rehearsal the day before at the winery?
      Yes as long as there are no other previously scheduled events the outdoor area may be used for up to 1 hour.
 
   Do you provide outdoor rental tents?
      We do not but you may rent them and use them for your event.
 
   Are the inside rooms air conditioned?
      Both rooms are air conditioned.
 
   Do you have bathrooms?
      We have separate male and female indoor bathrooms. Portable restrooms should be rented for outside events exceeding 175 people.
 
   Do I need to schedule an appointment to visit the winery.
      No, although you may want to call ahead to make sure that a Fiore event person is available to answer your questions. On the weekends, an early visit is best.
 
   Is there a separate fee for the ceremony?
      There is not a separate charge for the ceremony, the fee includes 4 hours for ceremony and reception time. We offer an outside gazebo for ceremonies as well as our inside space.
 
   How early before the wedding are we allowed to set up and are those hours included in the rental fee?
      You can show up as early as we open, and there are no additional charges for set up time needed in the rooms.
